Important information
1To take advantage of up to 55 days interest free on credit card general purchases, you need to pay the full closing balance (excluding un-expiring 0% Interest Payment Plans) on each statement of account by the applicable due date.
2If you are approved for a Latitude Gem Visa credit card from 15 October 2025 or have opted into the Latitude Gem Visa Rewards Program by agreeing to vary your contract terms, the following categories for earning Latitude Rewards shall apply.
When you spend $1,000 or more on eligible transactions on the account within your statement period, we will issue you a redeemable amount in the form of Latitude Rewards equivalent to 3% on qualifying transactions based on the above merchant category codes (MCC).
Merchant categories are determined by a merchant’s Merchant Category Code (MCC). We are not responsible for designating MCCs and have no control over the same. You’re unable to earn and receive rewards if you use an intermediary payment platform. An example (but not limited to this list) is PayPal, Google or Amazon.
The Latitude Rewards will be issued by EonX Services Pty Ltd and will be available for redemption via the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre within 30 days from the end of the statement period.
