How to checkout with Click to Pay
Step 1
Look for the Click to Pay icon at participating online retailers.
Step 2
Enter in your registered mobile number and/or email address at checkout. This may vary according to the retailer.
Step 3
Enter the one-time verification code from Mastercard.
Step 4
Select your Latitude card to checkout. For security, enter the 3-digit CVC for your first transaction.

To manage your Click to Pay details go to the Latitude App, select the Card and tap Manage Cards then Click to Pay. You’ll have the option to:
To update your email address and phone number, log into Latitude App, go to Support icon, under Preferences menu, click Manage Personal Details. Any update to your email or mobile number will take a day to update your Click to Pay email or phone number, but we are working on providing these features real time.
Click to Pay is a secure online checkout payment option. With Click to Pay, you can make a purchase using your Latitude card without giving the online store your card number, expiry, or CVC. Instead, you provide your registered Click to Pay email and phone number.
Customers must:
Be the account holder aged 18 years and older
Hold a valid Australian residential address
Be registered in the Latitude App and/or the Latitude Service Centre
Hold an eligible and activated Latitude credit card
You can add the following activated Latitude cards to Click to Pay via the Latitude app.
